SquadPitch provides club and team management software including scheduling, membership registration and payment collection tools. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes related to managing your sports club or team.

3. Account Responsibility

Club administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.

4. Payments

Membership fees and payments processed through SquadPitch are subject to the pricing plan selected by the club administrator at signup.

5. Limitation of Liability

SquadPitch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SquadPitch after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
